Refund Policy

Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, nip covers and thongs can only be returned if the sealed packaging is intact.

Email care@lisintimates.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send return instructions within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of your return being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For a different size or shade, place a new order and return the original item. This is the fastest way to get the right fit.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and we will replace or refund it in full.
